FTD Solutions is proud to announce a collaborative effort with CEA-Leti, a world-renowned research institute in electronics and information technologies, located in Grenoble, France. As a current innovator in microelectronics and nanotechnology, CEA-Leti has partnered with FTD Solutions to evaluate and enhance the water management strategy at their Grenoble site to meet future sustainability goals.

CEA-Leti is dedicated to advancing microelectronics and semiconductor technologies. This institute assists companies in transitioning from basic research to manufacturing. CEA-Leti’s goal is to produce innovative solutions while ensuring that these advancements take place at a sustainable research facility.   

Our joint project focuses on a critical aspect of sustainability: water management. Together, CEA-Leti and FTD Solutions have developed a comprehensive water and chemistry balance in FTD’s Water Management Application (WMA) to gain a deeper understanding of system performance and water management at the CEA-Leti campus. Using the WMA, FTD and CEA-Leti are working to assess the current water management practices and develop enhancements to increase water conservation and reuse at the CEA-Leti campus.  The collaborative effort aims to enhance reclaim and reuse while minimizing overall costs and design effort, making sustainable water management both environmentally friendly and economically viable.
